Do you have an address where someone can write to some of the other of the brother's family. My Grandfather Isaac S. Owens named his first daughter Esther LAvonia Owens. I believe he could be related to some of your Owens. His death certificate states he was born in North Carolina in 1877. It was said his middle name was Samuel but now have been told it was Slyvestor. Some of his other daughters names were Fannie, Senie, David, John. Wesley some of his sons. He joined the Spanish American War in North Carolina as stated on his papers. Would appreciate any help you might can give me.

Dear Sir,
if there is any living male kennedy in your kennedy line,
a dna test could be Taken through familytree.com.You could at least compare kennedy dna with the present Lord Ailsa.
He has his dna recorded with familytreedna.com. If you match
it means you are the only male relative left in this line that
matches dna with the the carrick lord.

Judy,

A copy of the Bechtel family history has been compiled by a man named Bill Jones. He copied the family bible about 10-15 years ago and is having it all put into a book. I will try to find his email for you, if you have not already head from him. I sent him transcripts of all the letters I have. Also, some of the letters we donated to the University of Michigan and you can read about them there.

Am interested in the Hueguenot connection of my last name DeArment of Lewistown Pa. where my dad is from and grew up. His mother was German, Niswagger, and the French part is my dad's side. My mom's maiden name was Orange and her dad was Williams from Ky. They are distinctly connected somehow but am not sure how.

Quite by chance I stumbled upon your site and found it most intriging. My branch of the family was originally from Nigg, Ross-shire, Scotland, and settled in New Brunswick, Canada. In the 1870s, two of my great-grandfather's older brothers left New Brunswick and moved permanently to New Hampshire, where a larger branch of our family evolved. At one time I was in contact with some of them but, over the years, the contact, unfortunately, faded.

Keep up the good work.
